News: Extended Clinic Hours and New Operation Policy
We are excited to announce that starting from October 8th, we will be introducing Thursday evening clinics! Our Thursday evening clinics will be available until 8:00 PM.
Clinic will be closed on Sunday. Hopitalized patient care and grooming services will continue as usual, seven days a week.
Surgeries will be scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, but emergency surgeries can be performed immediately. If you need surgery on other days, please don't hesitate to inquire, as we may be able to accommodate your surgery reservation.
When scheduling a surgery appointment, please note that a $50 reservation fee is required to confirm your reservation. Please be aware that there will be no refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled surgery or for no-shows on the day of the appointment.
We want to ensure a positive experience for all our customers, including those with a history of no-shows. Therefore, customers with such a history will be required to pay a $30 (30,000KRW) reservation fee to schedule a pet grooming appointment. Please be advised that there will be no refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or for no-shows.
